Lance Hulsey — Broker Associate

A licensed REALTOR® since 2006 and Real Estate Broker since 2021, Lance Hulsey brings nearly two decades of experience, integrity, and local insight to every transaction. A fourth-generation Santa Cruz native, Lance combines his corporate background in property tax consulting with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals — whether buying, selling, or investing.
A former founding partner of Sol Property Advisors and the Kroft & Hulsey Team, Lance also served as CFO at Room Real Estate, one of California's top-producing teams. He holds professional designations including PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR® (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), and IPS, and draws on his experience as a Keller Williams Productivity Coach to mentor fellow agents.
Outside of real estate, Lance enjoys making music, cheering on soccer and Formula One, and spending time with his wife, Julia, and their twin daughters — both competitive equestrians.

Julia brings warmth, detail-orientation, and tireless client advocacy to the team. Working alongside Lance, she helps ensure every client feels supported — emotionally, mentally, and logistically — through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
